Elevate MO prepares for adult use in Missouri on February 6
Amendment 3’s passage in Missouri brought several changes to the state constitution, among them the ability for adults over 21 to purchase and possess cannabis. For Missourians, this change brings about expungement and microbusiness opportunities, as well as patient protections. The Department of Health and Senior Services Division of Cannabis Regulation’s published implementation timeline has set February 6, 2023 as the date when adults over 21 are able to purchase from licensed dispensaries that have completed the conversion process to sell adult-use products.

These are while supplies last and will be available at all three locations on this day. Visitors to Elevate MO dispensaries will see additional promotions in-store and special discounts for new customers which will be published in the stores, in accordance with Missouri regulations for advertising and promotion of cannabis products.
