MoCann Testing, a Division of EKG Labs, Receives ISO 17025 Certification
Missouri Cannabis Testing (MoCann Testing), a Missouri state certified medicinal marijuana testing laboratory is pleased to announce that is has received accreditation to International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 17025:2017/Option A/Testing from Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA). The scope of the accreditation includes potency profile, pesticides/mycotoxins, heavy metals, microbial screening, residual solvents, water activity, moisture content, and foreign matter screening in dry, unprocessed flower, concentrates and extracts, and infused products. This accreditation will not only meet the rigorous standards set forth by the state for testing labs, but also provide confidence to patients that the products tested by MoCann Testing that they purchase from dispensaries are safe for consumption.
Ms. Natalie Brown, Director of Operations at MoCann Testing, explains, “We are excited about accreditation.
