Gary Galitsky resigns from Green Growth Brands board

Green Growth Brands Inc. announced Friday, that Gary Galitsky had resigned his position from the Board of Directors.

In a statement CEO Peter Horvath siad, “As a board member of Xanthic Biopharma, Gary was essential to the successful RTO of GGB.”

“We were pleased to have him remain on the board post-RTO.  We thank Gary for his contributions to the Company and wish him the best as he pursues other business ventures.”

Green Growth Brands has not released a timeline on detailing when it will replace Galitsky.

Green Growth Brands is a Columbus-based company producing both THC and CBD products.

   

It was reported in July that in less than one year GGB had raised over $100 million in capital, created four brands, grew from two employees to over 70 employees, won seven licenses in Nevada, acquired one license in Massachusetts, bought out two companies,  and initiated a hostile takeover bid for a Canadian company worth twice as much.
