Feel State celebrates 10,000 five-star reviews with $20,000 giveback
Feel State is marking a milestone moment for both its business and Missouri’s cannabis industry, surpassing 10,000 Google reviews while maintaining a perfect five-star rating.
By review volume and a perfect five-star average rating, Feel State Florissant is the highest-rated dispensary in the United States.

National comparison metrics place Feel State Florissant alongside high-volume dispensaries like JARS in Phoenix and the country’s biggest dispensary, Planet 13, in Las Vegas.

Company leadership attributes the milestone to a combination of strong industry partnerships, engaged patients and adult-use consumers, and a retail team focused on service. The company emphasized that its staff consistently works to deliver an accessible, education-driven experience, contributing to long-term customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.

As part of the initiative, Feel State, its partners, and customers have collectively raised $20,000 for the organization. That total includes $10,000 contributed by industry partners across Missouri and a $10,000 match from Feel State and Robust.
The funds are will provide direct relief to families facing the financial and emotional challenges of pediatric cancer.
The fundraising effort will culminate in an in-store event this Saturday, March 28, at 12 p.m., where The Bennett Project team will be on site.
The event will include a community celebration, an opportunity for customers to engage with the nonprofit, and the formal presentation of the donation.

Feel State says campaign is a way to turn customer feedback into community impact, inviting brand partners to contribute toward a shared goal tied to the review milestone. The effort focuses on local impact, support for pediatric cancer patients, and meaningful financial assistance for families in need.
The initiative reflects a broader trend within Missouri’s cannabis industry, where operators are increasingly aligning business milestones with philanthropic efforts. In this case, Feel State’s 10,000-review benchmark serves not only as a measure of retail performance, but also as a platform for community investment.
As the company celebrates the achievement, the milestone underscores the role of customer experience in regulated markets. With more than 10,000 verified reviews contributing to its rating, Feel State’s success highlights how consumer engagement can shape both business outcomes and community impact.
