Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation to host Research License Listening Session next week
The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) will hold a Research License Listening Session on August 5, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Birch Conference Room, 930 Wildwood Drive. This session aims to gather input and testimonials from stakeholders in the cannabis research community.
The listening session will address several key topics, including prospective research topics and research gaps, the potential effects of rescheduling cannabis on research, funding and profit opportunities, and considerations for rule creation specific to research license types.
The event is open to universities, clinical research entities, laboratories, and Schedule 1 research facilities, as well as research scientists, doctors, and educators.
