The Greenlight Garage opens in Springfield for 420

Greenlight, Missouri’s largest cannabis operator, has announced the opening of Greenlight Garage in Springfield, an innovative retail extension of “The Underground,” the world’s first cannabis farmer’s market. The launch coincides with the 420 celebrations taking place on April 19-20, 2024.

Located at 218 N National Ave, the Greenlight Garage aims to enhance the consumer experience by providing a venue where cannabis enthusiasts can directly interact with local growers and producers. This new space is decorated in the style of an “old-school” vintage garage, creating a welcoming and eclectic environment for visitors.

The venue is designed to foster direct connections between consumers and cannabis brands, enriching the community’s engagement with the industry and presenting a fresh take on the wildly popular, “The Underground” events hosted by Greenlight at locations across the state.

The grand opening event will run from noon to 8 p.m. and will feature products from eight specially selected vendors. This will provide attendees with a broad spectrum of cannabis products to explore, catering both to seasoned connoisseurs and those new to cannabis.

“Whether customers are seasoned connoisseurs or curious newcomers, Greenlight Garage welcomes all to join in the celebration of cannabis culture,” the company said in a release.

Greenlight has established itself as one of the state’s largest marijuana companies. Now Greenlight operates 32 dispensaries and four cultivation facilities spread across Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Illinois, Nevada, and South Dakota. The company is known for its vertically integrated operations that encompass cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution of cannabis for both medical and adult use.
