  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

3. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, Espresso powder, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until combined.

4. Pour in the oil, eggs, and vanilla. Pour in the melted chocolate and stir just until combined.

Spread evenly into prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
