INGREDIENTS

  • 1¼ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup Magic Live Resin Tonic
  • 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease with cooking spray. Set aside.

   

2. In a small saucepan combine the sugar, Magic Live Resin Tonic, and unsweetened chocolate. Cook over medium-low heat just until the chocolate is melted and smooth. (The sugar will not be completely dissolved.) Let mixture cool slightly (about 5 min).

3. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, Espresso powder, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until combined.

4. Pour in the oil, eggs, and vanilla. Pour in the melted chocolate and stir just until combined.

Spread evenly into prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
