State responds to AHC license awards

The Department of Health and Senior Services has filed a petition for judicial review in response to the Administrative Hearing Commission’s awarding of two cultivation licenses to Heya.

The filing simply asked that the Court “enter judgment setting aside the Administrative Hearing Commission’s February 23, 2021 decision, deny Respondent’s license application, and grant such other relief as is just and necessary.”

Greenway will continue to monitor this process.
