Missouri releases proposed hemp rules for review prior to public comment

The Missouri Department of Agriculture released it’s first draft of proposed industrial hemp rules.

As with any proposed rules, please note that any language in [brackets] is proposed by the department to be removed from the existing rule. Language in bold is proposed by the department to be added to the rule.

The PDFs are clearly marked at the top with the following words:

Proposed amendment – the department is proposing to change the rule with [brackets] and bolded language
Proposed rescission – we arethe department is proposing to rescind the rule
Proposed rule – the department is proposing to create the rule

The Missouri Department of Agriculture states that comment forms will be made live after the Missouri Register is published on Nov. 1 here: http://agriculture.mo.gov/proposed-rules/.
