SWADE Cannabis opens “The Church On Delmar,” a first-of-its-kind cannabis friendly event space
Located above SWADE’s Delmar dispensary, the new venue invites guests to host private and corporate gatherings featuring curated cannabis menus and experiences
SWADE Cannabis, a premium dispensary network with 11 locations across Missouri and exclusive Sinse brand of flower-based products, announces the launch of “The Church on Delmar,” a first-of-its-kind cannabis-friendly event space located directly above the SWADE Delmar dispensary (6166 Delmar Blvd, Suite B, St. Louis, MO 63112). Set in a restored church in the heart of the Delmar Loop, the venue offers guests an elevated and inclusive space for corporate events, weddings, parties, art shows, lectures, and community gatherings, all with the option to incorporate a curated cannabis experience. Blending the soul of a historic St. Louis landmark with the energy of contemporary cannabis culture, The Church on Delmar invites guests to gather, connect, and celebrate in a uniquely inspiring environment. Located in one of St. Louis’s most vibrant cultural districts, the six-block Delmar Loop is home to music, art, diverse dining, and independent shops. The Church on Delmar channels this eclectic energy by aiming to showcase local talent, entrepreneurs, and creative vendors for every event, from catering to décor, art installations, and retail experiences. The space features stained glass windows by artist Marissa Favazza, curated local art, and flexible floor plans suited for groups large and small.

Packages & Offerings
Room rentals range from $150–$500 per hour, with tiered packages available for corporate, college, community, and social events. Add-on options include budtender service, mocktail bars, decor packages, and on-site concierge support. The Church on Delmar operates daily from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
For private, cannabis-friendly events, guests can access a special curated menu featuring flower, prerolls, vapes, and more. All products are available for purchase from the SWADE dispensary located directly below the event space. Purchases are handled securely on-site, through pre-orders, or via a kiosk during the event.
All cannabis events are private and limited to guests 21 years and older, following all state regulations. The venue is equipped with professional ventilation and smoke filtration systems to ensure comfort and compliance. The Church on Delmar will also welcome licensed caterers, drawing from a list of preferred neighborhood vendors to encourage collaboration within the local community. Alcohol service will be permitted for licensed caterers and non-cannabis events.
