DCR announces recall of Good Day Farm vape products from Bootheel CannaCare Columbia

The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR), in coordination with Bootheel CannaCare Columbia LLC, has issued a product recall for a specific marijuana item manufactured and distributed by licensee MAN000030. This marks the fourth cannabis product recall in 2025 and the tenth recall since the launch of Missouri’s regulated marijuana program.

The recall appears to affect a single product: Go Block All-In-One Vape 1.0g Grape Soda, produced by Good Day Farm and manufactured by Bootheel CannaCare Columbia LLC. According to information from DCR, the affected product was distributed to 35 dispensary facilities.

DCR stated the product was sold without compliant labeling, as required by 19 CSR 100-1.120(1)(C)2.A. The issue centers on the presence of grapefruit mercaptan, a terpene compound that was not disclosed on the product’s approved label. Without proper labeling, patients and consumers were not informed of the ingredient’s inclusion, triggering the recall under DCR’s authority in 19 CSR 100-1.100(4)(P), which allows for public notice when a product may pose a risk to health and safety.

As of July 1, DCR had not received any reports of adverse reactions related to the recalled item. The official recall notice is available in the July 1, 2025 Notice of Product Recall (PDF), and a full list of recalled product can be viewed here Licensee and Consumer Product Recall List.

DCR is working with the licensee to ensure all products not yet sold are compliantly labeled. Consumers who purchased the recalled product may return it to the dispensary where it was purchased. Returned products will not count toward a patient’s purchase limit. For questions about returns, patients and consumers should contact the dispensary directly.
