Free educational seminar explores the science of cannabis & sleep in St. Louis and St. Peters

As more people explore natural alternatives for better sleep, a new free educational seminar is offering the community a chance to learn about the role of cannabis, CBN, melatonin, and other natural compounds in achieving restful, restorative sleep.

Titled “The Endocannabinoid System & Sleep: A Holistic Approach,” this seminar will provide science-backed insights into how cannabis interacts with the body’s natural systems to support sleep health. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the endocannabinoid system, explore the benefits of THC, CBN, melatonin, and terpenes, and discover how these compounds work together to promote better sleep quality.
