Elite Home Growers launches Home Grow Equipment Donation Program
Elite Home Growers Academy (Elite), a non-profit organization focused on cannabis education and outreach, is proud to announce the launch of their new Home Grow Equipment Donation Program.
The program was created to provide an opportunity for veteran and low-income medical cannabis home cultivators licensed in Missouri to gain access to the essentials needed to grow their medicine at home.
“This has been a long time in the making and we are excited to start assisting those who could benefit from cannabis but may not otherwise have affordable access,” said Zach Post, CEO and Founder of Elite. “It is always so rewarding to see how happy people are when they start growing their own plants.”
In partnership with Feel State dispensaries, We Supply Medical Caregivers, Educated Alternative, and The Elitist Brand, the group is seeking to help empower medical cannabis patients to control how their medicine is grown while at the same time easing their financial burden.
“It is an honor to be able to work with Zach (Post), Elite, and the other great organizations to help bring the power of home cultivation to more patients,” Feel State Co-founder David Melnick noted. “Oftentimes, the benefits someone receives from growing far exceeds just their final end product.”
Over the next few weeks, Elite will continue to fundraise through direct donations and merchandise sales on their website (elitehg.org/) to be able to launch this program on a large scale. Feel State will also be offering an ongoing 10% discount to those who purchase a shirt and wear it to either dispensary location (St. Louis or Kansas City – myfeelstate.com). This new discount is in addition to their existing 22% discount for veteran patients and 15% discount for low-income patients who wish to visit a dispensary.
