Sugarmade invests in Hempistry hemp cultivation

Sugarmade, Inc. (OTCQB: SGMD) commences hemp cultivation in conjunction with Hempistry, Inc.

Hempistry is hemp cultivator based in Madisonville, Kentucky, Sugarmade will invest directly in the Hempistry operation, but Hempistry will maintain control and management.

   

Sugarmade also announced its intention to close on a purchase agreement with BZRTH earlier this week that BZRTH. BZRTHhas already completed its audits for previous financial periods.
