Product Test | Resolution cleaner

In recent weeks, we’ve begun a series of product tests of new, innovative cannabis products here at Greenway.  When you receive your July issue, you’ll learn about our product test for commercial pipe/bong cleaning products, but we had one brand of cleaner that was delayed in reaching us as a result of COVID-19.

While Resolution didn’t make it here in time for the print feature, we did receive the product and wanted to share the results with you.  Especially since the packaging and personal note made us excited to try it out – especially when they kindly included the caps, brush, and cloth along with the cleaner!

We chose to use our Journey 4 pipe to test this cleaner and while the pipe wasn’t filthy, like some of the others in our testing for other cleaners but it WAS a great candidate for a test.

   

The experience was a good one – and the product performed better than we could have anticipated.  The instructions were simple:  “Shake bag to active the Resolution Gel. You will want to pour just enough gel to coat the inside of the glass. Put the caps on both ends of the glass and make sure the inside of the glass is completely coated in gel.  Once coated, immediately pour the excess back into the bag through the resealable top. The cleaner you keep the gel the more use you will get out of it. Let the gel sit from 5-30 minutes depending on how dirty the piece is.”

We followed the directions for coating the parts and returned the excess gel back into the bag.  In less than 2 minutes, we wiped and the results were GREAT!  All resin was removed and the metal was sparkling.  As for the use of this product on super dirty pieces, we’re going to see how it performs when we get some more severe cases.  In the meantime, here are the before and after photos – check them out and watch for the July print issue to see the results of our product tests from the other cleaners!
