Missouri cannabis bill tracking 2026
Each year, Greenway tracks cannabis-related legislation filed in the Missouri General Assembly, providing industry professionals, consumers and advocates with a centralized snapshot of bills that could impact marijuana, hemp, and intoxicating cannabinoid policy across the state.
As the 2026 legislative session approaches, lawmakers have prefiled a range of measures touching on criminal justice reform, marijuana facility licensing, public consumption, advertising, campus access for medical marijuana patients and the regulation of hemp and intoxicating cannabinoids.
Below is a running list of cannabis-related legislation filed to date. This article will be updated as additional bills are introduced or amended during the session.

Proposes a constitutional amendment relating to the advertising and promotion of marijuana sales.

Proposes a constitutional amendment relating to products derived from cannabis plants.

Modifies the definition of commercial feed to include industrial hemp.

Allows for early release for individuals serving sentences for marijuana-related offenses.
