Agrios Global Holdings Ltd. appoints new board members  

Agrios announces as part of its focus on continual operational efficiencies, reducing capital requirements and operating expenses, the Company has made several changes and provides the following update.
The Company is currently in the process of conducting capital requirements and strategic operational review, while continuing discussions with potential investors for a capital raise, to refinance and further the Company’s business. Agrios intends to finalize these reviews within the coming weeks and will provide a shareholder update upon completion of the same.

Agrios continues with its daily operations and has worked closely with the team over the past few months in achieving numerous expense reductions, initially addressing the changes that occurred within the cannabis sector in the latter part of 2019 and more recently the Covid-19 situation faced by all companies. Over the past six months, the Company achieved multiple operational and capital expenditure reductions.

Given the current business climate within the sector and the challenges presented by Covid-19, the Company announces the departures of Ms. Vania Gaudia who has served as V.P. of Operations and Corporate Secretary, and Dr. Curtis Livesay, who has served as Director of Agronomy.  Additionally, Mr. Robert Lanternman V.P. Product Development has resigned from his position at Agrios.

   

The Company further announces the resignation of Mr. Stewart Wasson from the Board of Directors, and the appointment of Dr. Curtis Livesay, and Ms. Vania Gaudia to the Board of Advisors.
